North County San Diego · Open 24/7
Two 25-minute sessions. One membership. Nothing to figure out.
Pick your 25
25 minutes on a bike in a private infrared room. Guided audio the whole way, your heart rate on the wall. You walk out drenched and done.
Nine machines that set themselves before you sit down. Seat, range and load, carried over from your last session. One round, twenty-five minutes.
Check your texts. Your free session is reserved.
Minutes. The whole thing, door to door.Minutes. Booked, preheated, hard-stopped.

Decisions to make.Impact on your joints.
Nine machines, one round, full body. Twenty-five minutes from door to done.
The screen shows the move, the light says go. No programme to write, no weight to guess.
Every rep, pound and degree of range logged, then read by AI to set your next session.
The load goes up the week you are ready for it. Never too heavy, never too easy.
The machine picks the weight and holds your range. Nothing to drop, nothing to strain.
Booked ahead and preheated. Twenty-five minutes from door to done.
Guided audio calls every interval. Nothing to keep up with, nothing to memorise.
Your heart rate, zones and recovery read after every session — and turned into what to do next.
Your targets rise as your fitness does. You never coast, and you never blow up.
Zero impact on your joints. Hard-stopped at 25 minutes. Call button in every room.
Real-time feedback
Reps, load, range and balance. Live, in front of you.The red is the effort that actually makes you fitter. Easier than that and you are just sweating. Twelve minutes in it, three times a week, is the entire dose — the screen counts them for you and tells you when to ease off. You never have to wonder whether it worked.
The research
One Finnish cohort. 2,315 men. Twenty years.
Four to seven sessions a week versus one.
JAMA Internal Medicine, 2015
Fatal cardiovascular disease roughly halved.
JAMA Internal Medicine, 2015
65% lower for Alzheimer’s.
Age and Ageing, 2017
Over nineteen beat under eleven. Ours are 25.
JAMA Internal Medicine, 2015
Observational cohort studies in traditional saunas. Associations, not proof — and infrared has thinner direct evidence.
Why two blocks, not one
Mix hard cardio into resistance work and you blunt the strength adaptation. It is called the interference effect. It has been in the literature since 1980.
That is the flaw in the blended circuit class. Burpees between kettlebell swings leaves you in the middle of both.
So we did not blend them. Stack them if you want — strength first, heat second.
In your pocket
Every machine and every strap writes straight to your phone. AI turns it into what to do next.
Two goals
Conditioning and calorie burn. Real cardiovascular load, no joint impact.
Muscle and body composition. The block that changes what you are made of.
Cardio is not the fat-loss block and lifting is not just the muscle block. Muscle is metabolically active tissue, and keeping it is what holds body composition in place over years. Two halves of one answer.
Back to back. Fifty minutes. Your whole week’s training, done before a lunch break is over.

No. The machines set themselves from a strength test you do on day one, so you can't pick the wrong weight. No free-weight floor, nothing to drop, no one watching.
Yes. One full round of nine machines. Two rounds is about 40 minutes if you want more.
No. The AI does that job, and it knows your last twelve sessions.
The machines are the safety system: they set the load, hold your range and control the lowering. Cameras, call buttons, AED by the door.
Yes. Thirty to sixty minutes a week produces real gains, and none of your twenty-five is spent deciding or waiting.
No, and we will not gamify it that way. The evidence on training distribution is clear: most of your work should sit below threshold, with a smaller dose above it. Twelve minutes in the red, three times a week, drives the adaptation. Thirty minutes just costs you Thursday. The screen shows a target, not a leaderboard.
A spin session in a warm room, with guided audio the whole way. Infrared heats you, not the air, so you breathe normally. Most people are sweating inside eight minutes.
As hard as you want. The heat raises your cardiovascular load at any resistance, so you get there without grinding out an hour.
Partly. The sweat is water, not fat, but the bike burns real calories with no joint impact. If fat loss is the goal, HEAVY does more of the work.
For most healthy adults, yes, but heat plus exercise is a real stress. Sessions hard-stop and every room has a call button. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or low blood pressure, talk to your doctor first.
No. The membership covers both either way.
One click, any time. No fee, no notice period, no phone call.
